Pensam prepares solution to ensure cheap housing in the cities for members

ETHICS AND REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS: Citizens in Denmark increasingly struggle to keep up with sky high prices to live in Copenhagen and other national growth areas.  Pension fund Pensam remains convinced that upcoming real estate investments will benefit members’ pension savings as well as citizens’ chances to live in the city.

The price to live in Danish cities has increased dramatically in recent years and the issue is a concern to major Danish real estate investor Pensam, managing pension savings on behalf of 400,000 members.
