Icelandic pension fund looks for external managers in portfolio overhaul

Pension fund Frjálsi is not only looking for equity and bond investments outside of Iceland, but also for alternative foreign assets.

The Reykjavik-based pension fund Frjálsi will increase its allocation to foreign alternative investments such as real estate and private equity in a drive to boost its foreign assets in general, according to investors' news site Ipe.com.
