Pensam selects new manager for half its equity portfolio to track new climate change index

Pensam has selected a new manager for more than half of its equity portfolio. The shift comes after the Danish labor-market pension fund earlier this year announced a switch to the MSCI ACWI Climate Change Index as its new benchmark.

This year, Pensam announced that the EUR 20bn Danish pension fund wants to use the new, global MSCI index called MSCI ACWI Climate Change Index as its new benchmark for its EUR 4.7bn (DKK 35bn) equity portfolio.
