ATP launches women-only talent program: "We're trying to give women an extra engine gear"

One of Europe's largest pension funds says there are too few female leaders in its pension and investment department – and in the financial sector overall. The Danish fund thus sets up a talent program entailing assertiveness training for eight selected women.
