Danish FSA will monitor the frequency of pension firms' revaluations of unlisted assets

A survey showing pension companies' revaluations of alternatives during the Covid-19 crisis leads the Danish FSA to monitor this area more closely in the future.

The Danish Financial Supervisory authority Finanstilsynet has investigated pension companies' revaluations of alternatives such as real estate, private equity and infrastructure and has found that there are "notable" differences between the companies.
