PFA chief admits having had too little confidence in staff pre-pandemic

The Covid-19 pandemic has revealed several things for PFA's CEO Allan Polack, who now foresees a series of managerial changes at the pension company.

Danish pension firm PFA and its chief executive, Allan Polack, were previously "too focused on input rather than output" in projects and were "more interested in the number of hours spent rather than the outcome," the CEO tells Danish business media Finans in an interview.
