Divestments from fossil fuels hit AP Pension's sustainable product – Sampension soars on value strategy in Q1

2021 has got off to to a good start for oil companies and the financial sector, meaning pension companies that have divested these industries are feeling the pinch, shows Morningstar data from Danish life cycle pension products.

AP's sustainable pension product, AP Bæredygtig, generated returns of just under 3.5 percent during the first four months of 2021. The product is medium risk and targets clients with 15 years until retirement.
