Danica sells historical property in large deal

Danish hotel group Arp-Hansen is paying a large sum to buy historic hotel property from pension firm Danica.
"It's a coincidence that Danica mentioned the idea of organizing their portfolio a bit, and we responded that we were very interested in buying the property if it made sense to them and if given the right price, which we were,” Dorte Krak, CEO of Arp-Hansen Hotel Group., says. | Photo: Mik Eskestad
