Danish pension firm buys Irish offshore wind stake alongside CIP

Two Irish offshore wind projects being developed by Norwegian power company Statkraft – the North Irish Sea Array off the coast of Dublin and the Bore Array in the Celtic Sea – now get a new pair of Danish owners, pension company AkademikerPension and fund manager Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), which this week agreed to buy 50% of the developments via the latter’s CI IV fund.
