PensionDanmark's investment policy changes course

The ESG abbreviation should add a D for Democracy, says PensionDanmark CEO Torben Möger Pedersen, arguing that defending Western values will mark the pension industry’s future investment policies.

Going forward, PensionDanmark will prefer investments in firms that stand for democracy and the defense of Western values, in addition to those that are green and socially responsible, PensionDanmark’s CEO, Torben Möger Pedersen, tells Danish business media Insidebusiness, revealing that he sees new political developments affecting the pension industry’s future investment policies.
