Oslo’s own pension company almost avoids negative return

Almost half of Oslo Pensjonsforsikrings investment portfolio is covered by property and equities. While real estate and liquid equities performed poorly in 2022, illiquid equities did very well, the company’s Q4 report shows.

Norwegian municipal pension company Oslo Pensjonsforsikring (OPF) delivered a return of -0.3% in 2022 – which was “solid” given the difficult market conditions.
