AP Pension invests in solar farm project through direct loan financing

The Danish pension fund engages in direct lending to green projects for the very first time. The money is set for photovoltaics - commonly known as solar panels - in Portugal.

Investments towards the green transition is by no means a new practice for AP Pension, but the deal with Eurowind Energy, which installs and owns renewable energy sources such as wind and solar farms, nonetheless marks a new step for the pension fund.
