Alecta investigates own investment in troubled real estate giant

Following its failed investments in three US niche banks, Alecta is now also troubled by its single biggest investment.

Sweden’s largest commercial pension firm, Alecta, has hired a business law firm to investigate whether Alecta acted in accordance with rules and guidelines when it became a leading investor in the troubled real estate company, Heimstaden Bostad, Dagens Industri reports.
