Finnish pensions firm beefs up equity exposure – scores negative return for Q3

The beginning of 2023 was positive for the equity market, but the rise in interest rates during the last few months has weighed on the asset class, says Kari Vatanen, CIO of Veritas.

The investments of Finnish pension insurance company Veritas pulled in a return of -0.2% in the third quarter, the company reports. Total return for the first three quarters of the year stood at 2.3%.
