Fund association warns against reducing number of Swedish funds on pension platform

Fewer Swedish equity funds on the premium pension platform could impair market liquidity and make the country’s stock exchange a worse marketplace, fund association CEO says.

The chief executive of the Swedish Investment Fund Association has issued a stark warning against reducing the number of Swedish equity funds on the country’s premium pension platform as this may have serious consequences for the country’s financial market and its fund industry.
