After 17 years at one of the largest financial institutions in the Nordic countries, Anders Schelde has gone for a drastic shift and accepted a job offer at a medium-sized Danish pension fund. At MP Pension, his staff team will be smaller, and the assets he will be looking after are significantly smaller than the pot he managed in his previous job.
