EY lures Industriens property head for Danish advisory push

Peter Frische, head of real estate investments at Denmark's Industriens Pension, is moving to a large international consultancy as it boosts its local property advice services. EY partner Torben Hartz says his firm sees an increasing market for international and complex transactions in Denmark.

Global consultancy firm EY is strengthening its real estate business in Denmark and hiring Peter Frische, head of real estate investments with Industriens Pension, according to an announcement from the firm.

EY says it aims to create a strong business unit built on business insight as well as its other skills within transactions, valuation and due diligence.
