Nordic-based property investor snatches head of AM from Niam

Nordic-based Alma Property Partners hires new head of asset management with 20 years' experience within the real estate and investments market.

Nordic-based property investor Alma Property Partners, which is currently raising EUR 250 million for its pan-Nordic opportunistic real estate fund, has hired Stefan Albinsson as partner and head of asset management, the company announces.

In doing so, Stefan Albinsson is the ninth person to join the Alma team which has made acquisitions in Copenhagen.
