
The head of Handelsbanken Markets and Asset Management, Per Elcar, has resigned from his current job as a direct consequence of "a culture of abusive treatment" of employees, and an "unpleasant work environment".
Elcar, who's also deputy Chief Executive at Handelsbanken, was named head of the Swedish bank's markets and asset management division four years ago.
