He bought his first equities at the age of 11; today he manages real estate totaling EUR 9.4bn

He has been called the real estate version of a clone between Messi and Zlatan. Christian Fladeland, 32, is in charge of the acquisitions division of Denmark's most growth-oriented real estate investor Heimstaden.
