Chief investment officer retires

CIO at MP Pension, Niels Erik Petersen, has chosen to resign, according to a press release. He has been with MP Pension for about 10 years, and this is a good time for him to move on, the press release reads. His resignation is explained no further. Before his time at MP Pension, Petersen worked with ATP and Danske Markets, among others.

New leader at Aberdeen

Aberdeen Asset Management, which has about DKK 45 billion (EUR 6 billion) under management in Denmark, has hired Jes Rovsing as of July 1 as head of transactions, which makes him responsible for purchase and sales when Aberdeen's investors wish to restructure their portfolios. Jes Rovsing has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate business, most recently as head of sales at the Danish state owned property company Freja.

From ABG Sundal Collier to Nordea

Banking analyst Jakob Brink is switching jobs from Nordea Markets to ABG Sundal Collier. It is not yet certain when Jakob Brink can begin at Nordea Markets, but the job switch has been announced, says Nordea's chief stock analyst in Denmark, Jesper Jensen.
