Nordea Liv & Pension lures Danske man for new top governance role

In a bid to sharpen its focus on investment governance, Nordea Liv & Pension has picked a top candidate from a large competing bank to fill a newly-created position.

Nordea Liv & Pension is increasing its focus on governance and active ownership within its investments, and with this in mind, has created a new position in the investment department. To fill the new role of Head of Investment Governance & Affairs, Nordea has hired Thomas Hyldahl F. Kjærgaard, who comes from the position of Head of Responsible Investments at Danske Bank.
