Langensjö joins Arkwright, takes on Swedish Pensions Agency task

Mats Langensjö, one of Sweden’s top experts on asset management and pensions, has joined consultancy Arkwright and is about to start work on a new contract the firm has won from the Swedish Pensions Agency. He tells AMWatch why independence matters so much.

The Swedish Pensions Agency (Pensionsmyndigheten) has secured one of the country’s best known pensions’ experts to carry out government-mandated work on its behalf.

Mats Langensjö, a consultant who has led a public inquiry and three reviews into various aspects of the Swedish pensions system over the last two decades, has joined the consultancy Arkwright full-time just as the firm has won a contract from the agency.
