The deal by Denmark's biggest property manager Deas to buy a DKK 22 billion (EUR 2.95 billion) real estate portfolio marks the end for longstanding property asset manager Nordea Ejendomme ­ and sees the latter's CEO transfer to the new owner to ensure a smooth handover.
