Klövern adds Copenhagen office building to Nordic portfolio

A major Swedish investor is buying a 6,000 square meter office building in the Danish capital with plans to turn it into a multi-tenant building, according to a company announcement.

Stockholm-based Klövern has bought an office building with 6,000 square meters of space in Copenhagen at a value of DKK 174 million (EUR 23.3 million), the Swedish investor writes in a company announcement.

"With our own locally based organization in Copenhagen we now have the opportunity to work with larger letting projects. We look forward to further developing this nice property," says Rutger Arnhult, Klövern's CEO.
