Klövern adds Copenhagen office building to Nordic portfolio

A major Swedish investor is buying a 6,000 square meter office building in the Danish capital with plans to turn it into a multi-tenant building, according to a company announcement.

Stockholm-based Klövern has bought an office building with 6,000 square meters of space in Copenhagen at a value of DKK 174 million (EUR 23.3 million), the Swedish investor writes in a company announcement.
