M7 Real Estate buys real estate assets in Denmark of EUR56m to new fund

With its latest acquisition of over a dozen Danish properties, M7 Real Estate has acquired real estate assets in Denmark in excess of EUR160m since December 2017. The properties have a considerable "optimization potential", says country manager to AMWatch's sister site EjendomsWatch. More deals are in the pipeline.

Since the turn of the year, M7 Real Estate has acquired Danish real estate assets of about EUR56m.
