Author of new book on venture capital: The size of investment rounds have increased

Many companies with great potential seek venture capital. But processes and conditions for acquiring venture capital are not always quite clear. Two Swedish legal capacities have published a new practical guide on the subject.

Entrepreneurs, corporate lawyers and investors do not always know what to expect of process and terms in a venture capital investment round. A new Swedish book aims to give a greater understanding of the investment processes within venture capital, according to news site Realtid.se.
