Turning private equity into a liquid vehicle: "The overarching challenge is maintaining liquidity in the fund"

Schroders has launched a fund to give small investors access to private equity, which historically has been out of reach for the vast majority of investors besides big institutions. However, constructing the investment vehicle proposed several challenges, Head of Nordic tells AMWatch.

In the beginning of October, Schroders announced the launch of a new private equity fund managed by Adveq, which the UK-based asset manager acquired in 2017.
