Health-care stocks push Copenhagen index to best performance in Europe

On both sides of the Atlantic, Nasdaq indexes are leading the way this year. In Europe, the upturn for health-care companies makes the Nasdaq-owned stock exchange in Copenhagen the frontrunner.
