P+ wants more foreign real estate in portfolio

Danish pension company P+ wants more real estate investments outside of its home territory in order to spread risk. It currently has DKK 7bn (EUR 940m) invested in real estate assets outside Denmark.

Head of Real Estate at Danish Pension company P+ Søren Grusgaard wants more foreign real estate in the portfolio, he tells Danish financial daily Børsen.

”In five years, I expect us to have a more diversified portfolio with a higher share of foreign real estate investments, and that the Danish portfolio is more equally split between commercial properties, new residential real estate, and older residential real estate,” he told the media.
