Lægernes Pension comes out on top in client satisfaction survey – Danica comes last

Generally, reported client satisfaction with pension companies has dropped this year, but the fall is smaller than last year’s. The first and last place holders remain the same.

Just like last year, Lægernes (doctors’) Pension’s clients are the most satisfied pension customers in Denmark, according to an analysis conducted by EPSI Rating Danmark.

While the first place spot is unchanged, the rest of the podium looks different to last year. Lærernes (teachers’) Pension took second place this year, with Industriens Pension coming in third, while the latter came in second last year and was followed by PBU.
