PensionDanmark hires manager for new cohousing community project

Per Schulze has past experience with developing housing for communities, and he describes the billion-kroner developing project for seniors as ”a good spot” by his new employer, PensionDanmark.

Per Schulze, 61, will be managing PensionDanmark’s cohousing community concept, dubbed Virke, for seniors. The firm has a stated ambition to invest around DKK 1–2bn (EUR 134–269m) in the project over the next five years.

Schulze joins the firm from a position leading development at By & Havn, an organization developing certain areas of Copenhagen that is co-owned by the Copenhagen Municipality and the Danish government.
