As Group CIO at Schroders and chair of the asset manager’s global asset allocation committee, Johanna Kyrklund oversees performance, philosophy and process for listed assets at the EUR 898bn manager.

“Since I started at Schroders, I have wanted to create a culture that is good at coping with failure. Even if you are good at asset allocation, the low information ratio within multi-asset investing means you will still get your bets wrong 40% of the time,” she says in an interview with AMWatch in Copenhagen.
