SEB to liquidate pension assets fund

As a client has decided to redeem, the second-largest asset manager in the Nordics is being forced to liquidate a fund.

SEB Investment Management has decided to liquidate the SEB Trygg Pension fund in November.

The reason is that one of the investors in the sub-funds, SEB Trygg Pension Nyttja and SEB Trygg Pension Spara, has announced the intention of redeeming all investments, which mean the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the fund will “drop to almost most zero.”
