Outgoing CIO to establish new family office with 3Shape co-founder

The soon-to-be-former CIO at Danish state fund Vækstfonden will help launch a new family office for 3Shape co-founder Nikolaj Deichmann, who made a fortune selling shares in the tech company to EQT.

Nikolaj Deichmann, co-founder of what many consider to be one of the most successful Danish growth stories in recent memory, tech company 3Shape, is establishing his own family office – and from the start of 2023, he will be joined by outgoing CIO from the Danish state investment fund supporting domestic growth companies Vækstfonden CIO Mikkel Hesselgren.
