Swedish equity fund sells Storebrand shares

EQT Public Value Investments, which is closely related to Storebrand board member Fredrik Åtting, has sold 3,600,000 Storebrand shares at NOK 83.50 (EUR 8) per share, Storebrand reports in stock exchange announcement.

The stocks that have been sold correspond to 0.76% of the bank and EQT Public Value Investments made over NOK 300m (EUR 28.6m) on the sale.

After the transaction, EGT Public Value Investments owns 14,900,000 shares in Storebrand, corresponding to 3.16% of the company.
