More young women get managerial jobs in Danish finance sector

Only 29% of managers in the Danish finance sector are women, while they constitute almost half of the total industry workforce. More female managers are being appointed, but substantial change will take time.

An increasing number of women are being appointed to managerial jobs in the Danish finance sector, a survey by the Employers’ Association for the Financial Sector (FA) shows.
