Oil fund opposes climate proposal initiated by Nordic investors

The Toyota shareholder proposal on increased climate transparency is backed by several major investors and is the first of its kind directed at the Japanese carmaker.

Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) motions to vote against a climate shareholder proposal initiated by Storebrand and Danish pension firm Akademikerpension and directed at the Japanese carmaker Toyota, the fund has revealed on its website
