Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners ready to spend billions via third fund

Danish investment manager Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has had huge success in the past, making high returns on green investments. The former high fliers from Danish energy supplier Dong have now closed Denmark's largest capital fund to date.

The Danish investment manager Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has raised DKK 26 billion (EUR 3.5 billion) for its third-largest fund. The fundraising means CIP can now call itself Denmark's largest single fund, managing a total sum of over DKK 50 billion, according to Danish business newspaper Børsen.
