How Schroders plans to grow its Nordic business

Henrik Jonsson recently took on the role as Head of the Nordic region for Schroders, with the job of expanding the firm's Nordic business out of his Stockholm office. MiFID II, alternatives and multi-asset funds are among the key drivers behind achieving this, he says.

Schroders ­ a global asset manager with UK origins ­ recently hired Henrik Jonsson from Fidelity International to run its Nordic business from the Stockholm office. Having had a couple of months to assess the Swedish and Danish offices, Jonsson is upbeat about increasing Schroders' presence in the region.
