
Schroders -- a global asset manager with UK origins -- recently hired Henrik Jonsson from Fidelity International to run its Nordic business from the Stockholm office. Having had a couple of months to assess the Swedish and Danish offices, Jonsson is upbeat about increasing Schroders' presence in the region.
Key to Schroders' prospects, he says, is that it has "a strong heritage among institutional investors in the Nordics as well as long-time employees that understand both the market and the clients, especially after MiFID II."
