Manager search is a major process, Pensiondanmark says

Despite more asset classes becoming managed internally at Pensiondanmark, the need for external asset managers will persist in the future, explains Head of Credits to AMWatch.

Capital Four, Nomura, Nordea, Credit Suisse and Guggenheim investments have something in common: They are all on Danish pension fund Pensiondanmark's list of external credit managers.

How long each of the five firms has managed money on behalf of the pension fund's savers varies from a couple of years to more than a decade, explains Erik Bennike, Head of Credit at the EUR 31 billion pension fund.
