Swedish fund manager prefers domestic small caps

A long overdue digitalization is driving growth among small cap companies in Sweden, argues Enter Fonder. The Stockholm-based firm prefers to focus on the home market although it has the mandate to invest also abroad.

There are numerous small companies in Sweden, which have found a niche that gives them the ability to grow faster than the gross domestic product, says Jon Hyltner, equity fund manager at Enter Fonder to AMWatch. One factor driving growth among Swedish small-caps is digitalization, Hyltner adds.
