French asset manager is hungry for more real estate in Denmark

Residential properties are still on top of the agenda, as the asset manager wants to expand its Danish real estate portfolio. However, it may be necessary to adapt the agenda in order to reach the target, says head of Nordic in an interview with AMWatch's sister site EjendomsWatch.

CANNES – The international asset manager AXA IM Real Assets still have ambitions to build a considerable portfolio of residential properties in Denmark, although not much has happened in terms of investments in recent years, says Fredrik Söderlund, Nordic head of asset management and transactions at AXA IM Real Assets, in an interview at the world's largest real estate fair, Mipim.
