Investors' advocate goes his own way: "There's a better way"

After many years in investment research company Morningstar and a brief partnership in Dannebrog Invest, Nikolaj Holdt Mikkelsen is about to launch his own investment consultancy. Known to be a persistent critic of high investment costs, he acknowledges the need to stand by his own prices.

Last week, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) issued a license allowing him to provide investment consultancy, and starting this week, Nikolaj Holdt Mikkelsen's own consultancy firm is up and running, and his focus is very much on investors' best interests.
