Foreign appetite for Finnish real estate grows steadily

Several foreign investors such as Morgan Stanley and Round Hill Capital made their first investments in Finnish real estate last year. According to Hanna Kaleva, managing director of Finnish property information service KTI, positive development of the Finnish economy and the growth of larger cities, especially in the capital region, are main drivers of the trend.
