Commerz Real is on the lookout for more Finnish real estate
German Commerz Real returned to the Finnish real estate market late last year and is looking for more investment targets in the Nordic capital. The firm's Global Head of Transactions Henning Koch says Sweden and Norway are more difficult markets because of their separate currencies, and due to dominant local investor.
