How Carina Silberg became an ESG pioneer

Carina Silberg from Alecta started her career in ESG almost two decades ago. Back then, ESG was not a term and it was completely detached from financial analysis and business models. Silberg became part of a group of pioneers that lay the foundation to ESG as we know it today. She tells her story to AMWatch.

Carina Silberg has been head of Sustainability at Alecta since March 2017. Prior to her role in Alecta, she spent almost 15 years as a sustainability consultant.
