Career Path: Neuberger Berman's Nordic head Mark Østergaard knew from an early age what his career should be, but he was quite surprised when his mother presented an old note that quite specifically described his life today. The note was written by a 14-year-old Mark Østergaard he tells AMWatch how his notes came true.
