Danske Bank Private Wealth chief helps economist on her way towards first management job

32-year-old senior economist at Realkredit Danmark, Sonia Khan, is more than ready to take on her first management position. And to help her get it, she has landed Danske Bank's chief of Private Banking, Lars Ellehave-Andersen, as her mentor. "I am quite selective as to whom I agree to mentor," says Ellehave, who has no time for "bullshit" and hidden agendas in a mentoring scheme.
