Mette Harbo Bossow has been Director of Indexed Investments at Danish asset manager Sparinvest for more than seven years. But she does not consider this significant role the largest change in her career. The biggest challenge to her personally was going from a classic portfolio manager to a more outgoing role as head of clients.
